Cavaliers, Monsters players to model at annual benefit fashion show
Along with majority owner Dan Gilbert, Cavs and Monsters players will strut their stuff on the runway with the real stars – children who have survived a battle with cancer – in a fashion show to benefit Flashes of Hope and the Children’s Tumor Foundation. It will take place from 6-10 p.m. Oct. 6 at Quicken Loans Arena.
Cleveland Cavaliers players include Mo Williams, Daniel Gibson, J.J. Hickson, Antawn Jamison, Jamario Moon, Christian Eyenga, Joey Graham, Danny Green, Ryan Hollins, Anthony Parker, Leon Powe, Samardo Samuels, Ramon Sessions and Jawad Williams.
Lake Erie Monsters players include Jason Bacashihua, Justin Mercier, Travis Gawryletz, Matt Ford, John Grahame and Greg Mauldin.
Flashes of Hope is a national nonprofit that changes the way children with cancer see themselves through the gift of photography and raises money for pediatric cancer research.
Children’s Tumor Foundation is a medical foundation dedicated to improving the health and well being of individuals and families affected by neurofibromatosis.
