SUV plows down pedestrians in downtown Cleveland | News

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO)- An investigation is underway after a hit and run accident in downtown Cleveland. It happened around 11:54 a.m. Monday at the intersection of E. 9th and St. Clair.
Witnesses say a white 2011 Kia SUV was traveling northbound on E. 9th, hit a car trying to turn onto St. Clair, jumped up on the curb and struck two pedestrians.
One of the victims suffered a broken arm, and other complained of neck pain. Both were transported to MetroHealth Medical Center by EMS for treatment of their injuries.
The suspect vehicle continued north on East 9th Street, then entered I-90 eastbound. The driver of the vehicle was described as a female. A Good Samaritan tried to follow the suspect vehicle, but lost it in traffic.
