Some downtown traffic lights out through evening rush hour | News
CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO)- A number of traffic lights in downtown Cleveland around Public Square are not working.
Cleveland Public Power says the lights went out around 7:30 a.m. and are not expected to be back on until after evening rush hour.
19 Action News has learned an underground cable needs to be reconnected. Crews are working to fix the problem.
Police are urging drivers to treat intersections as a four-way stop.
