CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO)- Cuyahoga County Sheriffs have arrested a man caught cheating at Cleveland's Horseshoe Casino.
It's the first cheating arrest made since the casino's May 14 opening.
19 Action News has discovered that Russell Heidenreich was caught cheating at a Black Jack table. According to Ohio Revised Code, no person should corrupt the outcome of a bet, sporting event, game of chance or bingo.
Last week, a man was arrested for stealing another man's casino chips.
According to Cleveland Police, than main issue at the casino is the younger crowd just "hanging around."
