CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO)- Cleveland Horseshoe Casino is now hiring, again.
Jennifer Kulczycki with Cleveland's Horseshoe Casino says per usual, employees are coming and going and they continue to list jobs on the casino's website.
The casino opened on May 12, and employees are already saying "see-ya' to their new gig. 19 Action News caught up with a couple of employees who did not want to be identified.
We caught up with Justin Melcarek after he just lost $200 playing Blackjack.
"The staffing seemed very adequate, I can understand it's a high stress job but the actual staffing levels seemed very well to me."
"Great, people very friendly and helpful, didn't have to wait for anything."
Another gambler disagreed. "I think they need more cocktail waitresses, it took about an hour to get a drink," said Henry Anderson.
Kulczycki says employee exits are normal and Ceasar's has plenty experience dealing with the rotating door. The casino beefed up staff from the very beginning to cover employee loss.
Kulczycki also noted that the casino biz is a "24/7 industry and job drops were anticipated."
