Killer fugitive sought in girlfriend's stabbing death

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Marlon Ricks.

Ricks is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Garfield Heights Police Department for murder.  Ricks is also wanted by the Ohio Adult Parole Authority for violating his parole.  His original charge was for a murder that he committed 21 years ago were he shot and killed his step-father.  For his current charge of murder it is alleged that back in March of this year he stabbed his girlfriend to death after an argument.   

Ricks is a 41-year-old black man standing approximately 6'01" and weighing 188 pounds.  He has brown hair and brown eyes.  Ricks is believed to be hiding somewhere in Cleveland.  He also has a previous address near the 10000 block of Grace Avenue in Garfield Heights.
