Celebrate Mother’s Day with half-price admission at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo | Events
CLEVELAND, OH - On Sunday, May 12 all moms receive half-price admission to Cleveland Metroparks Zoo on their special day, making tickets only $6.25.
The vast majority of moms don’t need fancy gifts for Mother’s Day, what they really want are lifelong memories of their kids and family members having fun. So bring the moms in your life to the Zoo and visit with some of our animal kingdom moms like Eastern black rhinos Inge and Kibibbi, orangutan Kayla or koala Colliet.
The Zoo’s educational interpreters will answer questions and educate guests about the animal moms, and there will be opportunities for Get Close encounters with some of the Zoo’s smaller animals.
UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital and MacDonald Women’s Hospital will provide additional fun and activities on Mother’s Day including a heart health fitness activity, nutrition challenge activity, heart-lung game, elephant coloring pages and crossword puzzles, blood pressure screenings and more.
Northeast Ohio’s most-visited year-round attraction, Cleveland Metroparks Zoo is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Admission is $12.25 per person, $8.25 for kids ages 2 to 11 and free for children younger than 2 and Zoo members. Parking is free. Located at 3900 Wildlife Way, the Zoo is easily accessible from Interstates 71, 90 and 480.
