Rock Hall Announces Grateful Dead Exhibit Program Series

CLEVELAND, OH - In conjunction with its newest exhibit, Grateful Dead: The Long, Strange Trip powered by McIntosh, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum has announced a range of free public programs that explore the significance and legacy of the Grateful Dead, including interviews with Hall of Fame Inductees Donna Godchaux and Tom Constanten, films, and special lectures.

Dozens of animal rescue organizations will be on hand with more than 100 adoptable dogs, cats, puppies and kittens on Saturday, June 9 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

24th Annual Walk for Hunger

On Saturday May 12, the Hunger Network of Greater Cleveland will host its signature event, "Walk for Hunger." This event takes place each May to raise funds and awareness to fight hunger in greater Cleveland.

The Walk for Hunger is a non-competitive 5K (3.1 miles) walk through downtown Cleveland beginning at Burke Lakefront Airport and finishing at the North Coast Harbor (Voinovich Park). The event will feature music from the Cleveland School of Rock, refreshments, and entertainment for the entire family.

Late Registration/T-Shirt Pick Up opens at 8:45 a.m.
