CLEVELAND, OH - The annual St. Patrick's Day parade will be held on Sunday, March 17. It will start at 2 p.m. instead of 1 p.m. because the holiday falls on a Sunday.

In the parade:   

  • 209 units
  • 155 organizations
  • 83 novelty units
  • 57 marching units
  • 18 floats
  • 16 color guards
  • 11 children units
  • 9 school bands
  • 6 precision drill teams
  • 5 bagpipe bands
  • 4 non school bands

The theme for the parade this year is Coming to America: the Story of Irish Immigration.

PARADE ROUTE: The Parade will begin at the intersection of Superior Ave. and East 18th St. It will travel southwest on Superior Ave. to East Roadway. The parade will head northwest on East Roadway for one block; and then it will head northeast on Rockwell Ave. The Parade ends at the intersection of Rockwell Avenue and East 6th Street.
