About Us
Richard Rocks is a computer services professional of over fourteen years, nine of which have been spent supporting Cleveland area businesses in addition to his vast residential customer base. Graduating from the Mayfield City School District in 2003, he moved on to attend The University of Toledo's College of Engineering, studying Computer Science Engineering Technology. During this time, he continued to service several small businesses in the Cleveland area on an independent contracting basis. In 2007, Richard formally started Rocks Computer Services. Richard has attained thirteen prestigious industry Certifications from CompTIA and Microsoft which verify the scope of his expertise generally, in computing support methodology and specifically, in Microsoft technologies.
