MENTOR, Ohio (April 17, 2013) — It’s high time for moms to be pampered. On May 9 from 5 to 8 p.m., Great Lakes Mall is the place to be as Simon Property Group, Inc. (NYSE:SPG), the world’s leading retail real estate company, provides a free evening of relaxation and fun in honor of national Mom’s Nite Out™. Nearly 130 Simon® properties will be participating in this year’s event.
The presenting sponsor of Simon’s Mom’s Nite Out celebration this year is Rethink Varicose Veins. Locally, Great Lakes Mall is partnering with Spirit Media to bring more than 30 vendors to the event.
At Great Lakes Mall, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in an exciting evening filled with refreshments, entertainment, fashion and beauty services, all focused on rewarding Moms.
The first 150 ladies to arrive will receive a swag bag with special offers, coupons and other goodies. Moms will be able to try out “hair mascara” at the Salon Pizzo table, and can enjoy freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, compliments of Max & Erma’s. Ladies won’t want to miss the opportunity to snap fun pictures in the Prelude Photography photo booth.
Moms interested in the latest trends will want to hit the main stage to check out a fashion show presented by Christopher & Banks at 5:30 p.m., followed by a fashion show featuring The Limited at 6:30 p.m. At 7 p.m., Francesca’s will host Fashion Dash, where volunteers from the audience will be chosen to compete to determine who can best accessorize live models with the hottest new trends. The audience will choose the winner of Fashion Dash.
